    Schedule NOW

When arriving for an appointment, all patients must follow the following directives:

  • Stay in Your Vehicle – When you pull into the parking lot for your appointment, please remain in your car. Please do not exit your vehicle for any reason and stay at least 15 feet from all entrances.
  • Call to Check-In for Your Appointment – When you are parked outside the NuYu Health Services office, give the front desk a call to let the receptionist know that you have arrived for your appointment. We do have 3 lines, however, it is possible for all 3 lines to be busy. We ask that you wait a minute and try calling again.
  • If you have been seen in office by one of our providers within the last 90 days and require no changes you may be scheduled for a telehealth visit. If so, the receptionist will collect payment via Debit or Credit Card (HSA and FSA cards will be accepted). You will then speak with the provider and discuss any questions you may have. We will then bring your monthly supply of medication to your vehicle if the provider prescribes a refill. Once you have received your medications, you will be free to go.
  • If you have not been seen within the past 90 days, you will remain in your vehicle and a member of our staff will come and get you for your appointment after you have called to check-in. You must wear a face mask during the duration of your visit starting upon check-in. Due to social distancing guidelines only the patient will be allowed to enter the facility. No visitors.
  • NEW PATIENTS: A legible copy of a government issued ID and New Patient Paperwork must be completed and turned in to our office prior to scheduling an appointment.
  • Injections – We understand that many of you purchase injections (Lipo-Plex, B12). Due to social distancing guidelines and limited PPE, please call to arrange a time for curbside pickup.

We understand how inconvenient and frustrating this whole situation is. We are doing the best to provide you, our patients, with access to the safe and effective treatment that you have come to expect from us. We sincerely appreciate your patience, cooperation, and support as we all work together to get through this. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you,
